How it works
Three steps, on your terms.
Import a report
Snap a photo, or pick from your library. ReportWise reads the EXIF date so each image is timestamped automatically.
Crop and redact
Drag black rectangles over anything personal — name, hospital ID, address. The redaction is burned into the image before anything is uploaded.
Ask the AI
Pick a date range, a model, and ask a question — "explain this overall", "what changed since last time", "what's outside the normal range?". Up to 20 reports per question.
FAQ
Where are my reports stored?
On your phone, in the app's sandbox storage. They never sync to a cloud account on their own. You control export and deletion.
Do I need internet?
You need internet only when you tap "analyze" — that's when the redacted images travel to the AI model. Importing, viewing, organising and deleting reports all work offline.
Does ReportWise's server keep my images?
No. Our proxy server forwards your request to the AI provider and discards the image as soon as the response comes back. We keep only a thin task record (model, duration, status) for billing and reliability — no image data.
Is this medical advice?
No. ReportWise is not a medical device and the AI output is not a diagnosis. Always confirm anything important with a licensed clinician.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a report inside the app to remove its files from your device. To remove the small bit of server-side data tied to your anonymous account (entitlement + AI task metadata), email reportwise.support@codeblog.net.
